It's a jungle out there

Man has caught on to a penchant of mine.  And for the sleuthy ones out there, you may have noticed the same thing in the photos of our Christmas Potted Plant, too.

Mildred the Cow

Christmas Fox
And as my super supportive, amazing husband, Man is okay with this.  One slow morning at work, he began to send me links to other possible additions for our ceramic zoo.  First came a fox, then a bear, then a rhino.

And then we found the fish:

etsy, of course

Me: It is a very dignified fish.
Man:  Very.  I don't know where he'd go, though.
Me: Oh, on a shelf somewhere.  You know, a dignified place.
Man: Ok.  I wish he'd have a dignified function, too.
Me: He's a planter!
Man:  .... a 4" x 6" sized planter?
Me: Yes.  Garlic sized.  What's more dignified than growing garlic?
Man:  ....

His concern amuses me, because here was his bright idea for Mildred's "dignified use".

If we lived in Texas, Mildred would have been securely roped onto Wilbur by now.  However, based on the bumpers here in Philly, I don't think she'd survive one week of parallel parking.
