Tired Heads and Busy Bodies

It's 8 am.  And apparently it's nap time.

I've been meaning to blog more, but life has been pretty busy the past few months.  But to catch you up, here is what has been going on..

Dad has been finishing the last few touches on the kitchen.

We love to eat pho--and do so frequently.  Mung bean and noodles make for great entertainment for all parties.

Our Bug (or Ladybug if I'm feeling nice) has learned the magic of whacking things.  That mirror was pristine when we first found it...

This includes whacking us.

We also have been watching a friend two mornings a week.  Which means learning not to whack so hard, not to pull hair, and not to steal toys.  Definitely a work in progress.

There was Halloween.

And a trip to the zoo.  She doesn't yet understand that you go to look at the animals, not the people.  Though, in her defense, there are plenty of interesting people there.

All in all it's been a pretty good autumn.  The leaves outside my window have stayed colorful for weeks.  But as more and more bare branches appear, we shall see how the winter goes.  There are plans afoot that include updating our bathroom and adding to the house's insulation.

Stay tuned though, I'm sure there will be some baby Stay Puft monster photos as well.
