It was so bad that the Philadelphia police made a Mario Kart joke to encourage people to stay off the roads.
Even this pipe cracked under the pressure.
But we bundled up and laced up our puddle-jumpers and headed out.
Someone clearly got the better end of this deal.
Lesson of the day? If I had my City Mini in fifth grade, I would have never lost any oxen when fording the river.
