Humor me and try guessing without doing any research. :)
I've been skimming through department store websites for shoes. And let me tell you, bridal shoes are No Joke. Now, if you have ever followed a wedding or photographer's blog, you'll see the same pairs of shoes over and over. Why? Because shoes are on the mandatory photo list. (I kid you not.) Don't worry, I'll get into that in my next post.
Curiosity got the best of me; I looked for some of these shoes. The prices were insane. My curiosity grew and I began looking for more of the shoes I had seen. One pair sells for $1795. I'm hoping she lucked out on some amazing sample sale because my dress will cost less than her shoes otherwise!
However, all is not lost. The "How Much did that shoe cost?" game is quite amusing. Can you match the shoe to their price? Bonus points if you can recognize the brand.
The price options are: $100, $185, $225, $665, $895. Let's see how well you do...

Chucks all the way! bring vintage 2002 back!
ReplyDeleteto be honest, shoes became an after thought when the first couple of expeditions didn't result in a purchase. I ended up rifling through my mum's shoe rack and used a pair of old summer heels that matched the dress length. though, this was only a viable option because my dress was floor length.
ReplyDeleteUgh. I do not know enough about shoes to even try to match shoes to prices... Is #2 the most expensive?
ReplyDeletePayless has a line of wedding shoes. Also, can't you ask your photographer to not take that shot? I second Sungho's comment - get some white on white kicks, just don't pull a runaway bride ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm gonna do my wedding barefoot.
ReplyDeleteso... was I even close?
